Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with ResizeIG Pro. If you are not satisfied, here is how refunds work.
7-day free trial
ResizeIG Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Monthly subscriptions
After the trial, you are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your Paddle receipt or by emailing sitewzy@outlook.com. Canceling stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests
If you forget to cancel or are unhappy with Pro, contact us within 14 days of a charge. We will refund the most recent month if you have not used Pro heavily during that period. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
